Odin (+harvest box)

Beschreibung

Odin is used in most high-end retreats and guided magic truffle sessions in the Netherlands.

This variety produces firm, gray-blue truffles and is the only one sold for self-harvesting. More information below (harvest box)

Also known in other stores as Atlantis, Valhalla, or other fantasy names that stores come up with.

Available in 15g, 25g and 250g bags, as well as in harvest boxes.

Dosage

15 g can easily be too much for you if you are a complete beginner.
Note that 15 g of fresh magic truffles correspond to about 1.5-2 g of dried magic mushrooms.

If you want to take more than 5 g, prepare yourself particularly carefully: Safe environment, no traffic, no time pressure.

The following quantities are for guidance only

• 0.5-1 g = microdose, below the perception threshold
• 1-3 g = museum dose, minimal cheerfulness, stronger colors
• 3-6 g = mini dose, emotional opening, everything works clearer, meditative states
• 6-12 g = medi dose, psychedelic patterns, strong feelings, loss of sense of place and time
• 12-20 g = macro dose, hardly any contact with everyday reality!
• over 20 g = heroic dose, DEEP dive into the subconscious, journey through a sea of colors
• over 50 g = shamanic dose (Don't do it without a guide or years of preparation)

You may react much more sensitively or less sensitively than average. The quantities given are only standard values for orientation.

If in doubt: dose low!

Harvest box

This box contains still growing magic truffle in sterile substrate. Keep it sealed and at room temperature so that it can continue to grow.

The box has a HEPA filter at the top, which must not be covered. This allows the live truffle to breathe and grow bigger from month to month.

This is how it works:

On receipt, the box has been growing for at least 10 months and contains at least 30g of fresh truffles*.

(*with natural products, exceptions cannot be ruled out per se, usually it is more like 50-70g, but it has never been less than 30).

The magic truffles can be consumed at any time, but can just as easily continue to grow for a few months. The upper limit is reached when the truffles burst open the lid from the inside. For purely practical reasons, however, we recommend not waiting more than 3 months, otherwise you might forget you have them and miss the moment.

Let it grow

Simply place the box in a well-ventilated, dark place at room temperature, leave it closed and wait.

Fresh air at the HEPA filter is important, you can simply put the box on the shelf.

Harvesting

You decide the perfect moment. To harvest, crack open the lid of the box, take out the whole substrate cake and crumble it gently.

The sclerotia are hard, the substrate is soft so that they can be easily separated and the truffles washed afterwards.

Always harvest everything, there is no second harvest. You can compost the substrate. The harvested sclerotia can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for a good 2 weeks, or they can simply be dried by placing them in a dry place - they will dry out on their own.
